BLOK is an artist book that involves augmented reality and physical interaction. The purpose of the book is to spark ideas and get the user to create different narratives to navigate their way out of artists block. The "book" comes in a box equipped with panels of different shapes and sizes with images on them as well as a notebook and a pencil, to jot down ideas.
The images are snapshots of different scenes, heavily cropped to leave more room for interpretation. The user slots the panels together to create a narrative of their choosing, and when they flip the structure they make around: they get a narrative that they had no control over making.
